This product, manufactured by Vet Plus Laboratories, is specially formulated to protect joints and restore fluidity of movement, without the adverse effects that analgesics often have. Thanks to its easy form of administration and palatability, it is very well accepted by dogs, which is essential for prolonged treatment.
Regular supplementation of the diet with Synoquin guarantees higher levels of chondroprotectors than can usually be achieved with a normal diet. It incorporates chondroitin sulphate, a fundamental component of the cartilage that surrounds the joints and is responsible for correct hydration, maintaining the elasticity and flexibility of the joint, preventing cartilage deterioration.
Glucosamine HCl prevents thinning of the cartilage and improves joint mobility. It contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C) which prevents further damage caused by free radicals within the joint and zinc sulphate is essential in enzymatic processes throughout the body, especially important in the formation of cartilage and bone.

Recommended period of use: Initial treatment: in medium breed dogs weighing between 10 kg and 25 kg, administer 3 capsules or tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 in the evening) for 6 weeks. After the initial treatment, 1 tablet per day can be continued as maintenance for medium breeds.
Recommendations for use: Administer the whole tablets directly into your dog's mouth or mixed with his regular food. The tablets can be easily opened so that the powder can be mixed with the food. Add the contents of one tablet to a small amount of wet food, or to dry food previously moistened with a little water. Each dog has a different response to treatment with chondroprotectors, as their effectiveness depends very much on the initial state of the animal and the amount of joint damage.
