Composition
The skin is a protective barrier that absolutely must be repaired if it is damaged. The healing process that takes place is divided into three essential stages that overlap in time: the vascular and inflammatory phase, the tissue repair phase and the remodelling phase that can last up to two years. The latter represents the moment when the skin reorganises itself to acquire its final shape. This phase is therefore essential in determining the final appearance of the scars. This phase can last from several months to several years. If your scar is less than 24 months old, you can still take steps to improve its appearance. After 2 years, its appearance becomes definitive.

Directions for use
Apply twice daily to closed wounds and scars. Make sure the skin is clean and dry before application.
Do not use for more than 30 days.
In case of sun exposure, protect the scar to limit the risk of developing red or brown marks.
Warnings and precautions: CICAVIT DM + Scars is for external use only. In case of persistent problem, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the tube. Do not apply to eyes or mucous membranes.
Keep for 12 months after opening. Store at room temperature.
Contraindications: Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use on open wounds. Do not use in combination with locally applied medication. In case of skin disorder, consult your doctor. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
