For its use, it is recommended to make an infusion by placing 1 teaspoon of plant per cup, add boiling water, let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes and filter. You can also make a decoction with the root or stems, boiling the plant for 2 to 5 minutes, leaving to stand for 5 to 10 minutes and filtering, in the proportion of 1 teaspoon per cup.
