Source of natural fatty acids. EPA/GLA from Solgar® provides the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from fish oil, together with borage oil, which provides GLA (gamma linolenic acid) an omega-6 fatty acid.

Borage, along with evening primrose are two of the richest sources of GLA.
Solgar® EPA/GLA also contains vitamin E in the form of D-alpha tocopherol, which helps against oxidative damage.
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Swallow capsules with water or other beverage. Do not exceed the daily dose expressly recommended for this product.
