Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Keep in a cool, dry place.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take one capsule a day with a glass of water, for example at breakfast.

The menopause is a natural stage in a woman's life that is characterised by a decrease in the activity of female hormones and the appearance of sweating, hot flushes, irritability, vaginal dryness or anxiety, among others. A woman is considered to have entered this stage when a year has passed since her last menstrual period , either due to natural causes or as a consequence of pharmacological or surgical treatment.

ISOFLAVONES

The isoflavones contained in soya beans help to mitigate the symptoms associated with the menopause . During this period, the need for calcium and vitamin D increases, which help to strengthen the bones. It is also advisable to take vitamins such as vitamin E, which helps to protect cells against oxidative damage, vitamin B6, which helps to regulate hormonal activity, and vitamin B12, which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

RECOMMENDED

  • A balanced diet
  • Drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day.
  • 3 to 4 servings a day of skimmed dairy products enriched in calcium and vitamin D.
  • Avoid a sedentary lifestyle by walking at least half an hour a day.
  • Avoid being overweight and excessive animal fats.
  • Avoid smoking, excessive caffeine, alcohol and salt.
