Royal Canin Early Renal is suitable for the daily feeding of cats that show signs of ageing or have early chronic renal failure. If from the age of 7 years, your cat is becoming less mobile or has cognitive problems, this dry cat food will help to combat and delay this. The adapted kibble texture makes the food easy to eat and supports the health of mature cats by meeting their nutritional needs and providing the protein, vitamins and minerals your senior cat or cat with kidney disease needs to stay healthy and energetic.

This food supports the health of your pet's joints, as it contains green lipped mussel extract to help maintain a mature cat's mobility. In addition, Royal Canin Early Renal has an adapted formula with antioxidants, a moderate level of phosphorus and EPA and DHA to maintain kidney function and combat early signs of ageing.

This food also helps to create an unfavourable urinary environment for the formation of major bladder stones such as struvite and calcium oxalate. It also improves natural defences due to antioxidants that prevent oxidative stress. It is also a highly digestible food as it contains prebiotics and fibres that improve intestinal transit.
