Royal Canin Mother & Babycat is a complete and healthy food in the form of rehydratable kibble which facilitates the transition to solid food for growing cats from weaning to 4 months. It is also nutritionally suitable for pregnant or lactating cats.
The intense growth phase that occurs between one month and 4 months of a cat's life mobilises the puppy's entire organism. The immature feline must be able to cope with the loss of its ability to digest lactose and be protected against the appearance of milk teeth and the disappearance of the immunity passed on to it by its mother.
Royal Canin Mother & Babycat food contains an exclusive combination of fructo-oligosaccharides, fish oil and beet pulp to ensure optimal digestive safety thanks to highly digestible proteins. A patented synergistic complex of antioxidants (vitamins E and C, lutein and taurine) and mannan-oligosaccharides supports the building of natural defences and stimulates the production of antibodies. It is also enriched with DHA for proper brain development.
The delicious mini-kibbles with their tender and soft texture are optimally adapted to the milk teeth of kittens (which can persist until 4 months of age), making it easier for them to chew and swallow. It is also a perfect transition to dry food.
