We recommend diluting the following doses in water, juice or food:

• In adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, dose 6 to 15 grams a day or between 2 and 5 tablespoons.
• For children aged 7 to 11 years, 3 to 7.5 grams per day or 1 to 2.5 tablespoons.
• For children aged 3 to 6 years, 3 to 4.5 grams per day or 1 to 1.5 tablespoons.

Not to be consumed if the person has any intolerance to any of its components or in children under 3 years of age.
