Start by shaking this throat spray well before each use.
For adults, spray 2 to 3 sprays per use in the back of the throat 3 to 6 times daily.
For children (over 7 years of age): spray 1 spray per use in the back of the throat 3 to 6 times daily.
It is recommended not to exceed the recommended dose. Respiratory Throat Spray should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
