Prosnova 60 capsules

Prosnova is made from medicinal plants and natural products that are highly beneficial for prostate health. Inflammation manifests itself in a progressive enlargement of the prostate gland, the urge to urinate more often, urinary retention or a feeling of incomplete emptying.

Sabal serrulata and pygeum africanum are two plants which, together with green nettle and pumpkin seeds, improve these typical urinary complaints in middle-aged and elderly men. They are rich in phytosterols, which inhibit the 5-α-reductase enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to its active form, dihydrotestosterone. It contains lycopene, an anti-oxidative agent, and boswellia, which helps reduce elevated inflammatory compounds. It also contains zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of testosterone levels.

Urinary problems in men begin to manifest themselves from the age of 40. By the age of 70, 80% of men are affected, and by the age of 85, more than 90% are affected. This product is therefore indicated for all those over 40 years of age who want to bring health to their prostate system, which will inevitably undergo changes with age.

It is advisable to take 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at dinner. It can be taken with a glass of water or juice. The recommended dose is 2 capsules. Once treatment has started, it should be taken for 6 to 8 weeks. It is advisable to take a break of 4 to 6 weeks before restarting treatment.
