Farmaciasdirect recommends using the essence as follows: in a diffuser, add 7 to 10 drops, always diluted in water. In a bath, add 10 to 15 drops. In a foot bath, add 5 to 10 drops to 3 litres of water. To take advantage of its benefits on the skin, 20 to 50 drops per 100 ml can be added to lotions, creams or shampoos, as long as it is approved by a professional. For body massages, add 7 to 20 drops of the product to 30 ml.
Do not apply undiluted on the skin or mucous membranes, as its high concentration may cause irritation. Do not swallow; in case of accidental ingestion, call a poison control centre or doctor immediately and do not induce vomiting.
