Take 1 drop on a neutral carrier (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil) 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops - 120 mg.
Topically, apply neat to stop bleeding from a cut or impregnated on a piece of cotton wool for nosebleeds.
For skin with rosacea, eczema, couperose, mix two drops in your usual cream or in a light vegetable oil such as jojoba oil.
For burns and wounds, apply 2 drops of Egyptian geranium EO + 2 drops of rosehip vegetable oil.
