Pranarôm Black Spruce 10 ml

The chemotyped essential oil of Black Spruce produced by Pranarôm is a homeopathic product for cosmetic and aromatherapeutic use. Its main focus of action lies in muscle and joint relaxation, as well as optimising breathing by eliminating nasal congestion. It has expectorant qualities that help expel thick phlegm and antispasmodic. It is ideal for relieving dry or phlegmy coughs. In addition, its use can help to keep the body in an optimal state of energy by reducing tiredness and fatigue.

This oil is suitable for use by adults, although it can also be used by children over 6 years of age.

For correct use, it is advisable to follow these instructions precisely. These are the three most commonly used methods of use of this essential oil:

• For massage: the oil can be used on the skin, but not directly. It must first be diluted in a neutral base, preferably compatible vegetable oils, creams or gels produced by Pranarôm. Once properly mixed, it can be applied to the desired area of the body.
• Suitable for aromatherapy when used with cold diffusers. For the correct dosage, please follow the instructions of the diffuser model to be used. As a general rule and as a guideline, a small diffuser needs 3 to 5 drops to scent rooms of 9 to 15 square metres.
• Mixed with other plant oils in customised combinations or as recommended by the brand. One of those recommended by Pranarôm is to relieve fatigue. It requires 2 drops of this oil, 2 drops of chemotyped Scots pine essential oil and 5 drops of apricot kernel vegetable oil. This mixture should be applied in light circular movements to the adrenal area.

It should never be applied directly to the skin, as it can cause irritation and discomfort in its pure state. It is therefore necessary to dilute it. Never ingest; this oil is not intended to be taken orally. It should not be used by women who have already gone through their first three months of pregnancy or who are breastfeeding. Avoid use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
