- Put them on and feel the softness of their organic cotton on your skin.
- Take them off: how long you wear them depends on when you are in your menstrual cycle and how much menstrual flow you have.
- Wash your shorts by hand or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30º. Remember not to use bleach, softeners or soaps containing natural oils or Marseille soap.
