Spirulina provides all the essential amino acids and many of those considered non-essential, it is therefore a true "natural protein concentrate"; it contains all the B vitamins and is a very rich natural source of vitamin B12, and provitamin A.
Spirulina is considered a superfood due to its protein content and its vitamin and mineral content. It is recommended to supplement the diet of children, pregnant women, the elderly, athletes, people on special diets (weight control, low-calorie diets, vegetarian diets, etc.) with spirulina.
Take 4 to 6 tablets daily, unless advised by a dietetic consultant.
