It forms a film on the nasal mucosa, is osmotically active and immediately attracts hypotonic fluid present in the deeper parts of the mucosa. This creates a flow of hypotonic fluid from the inside to the outside by fluidifying the mucus. This mechanical effect drains all pollutants present in the nasal cavity and decongests the nasal passages. It has a very intensive osmotic effect which helps to drain the sinuses, thus reducing intrasinusal pressure and the sensation of pain. The film it forms protects the nasal surface against dryness, irritation and external aggressions. It offers an immediate improvement in breathing.
Eucalyptus globulus essential oils are used in the formulation of this product, which provide antiseptic and mucolytic properties.
