Instructions for use

With the nose clip facing upwards, hold the mask straps open with both hands to avoid contact with the inside of the mask from above. Hold both ends of the mask with both hands, place the mask on the nose and in the mouth, position with the top and bottom straps on the head and adjust to the correct position. Press the nose clip by hand on both sides of the bridge of the nose for a better fit.
