Premium 2 is a follow-on milk made by Novalac. It is made from cow's milk. However, in its formulation, the proportion of proteins is modified and other components (vitamins, fatty acids and minerals) are added.

Paediatric experts say that breastfeeding is ideal for a baby. However, they also consider that this product can benefit the baby's development and growth. In addition, they advise combining it with a diversified diet.

The formula contains a mixture of essential vitamins for nutrition (C, E, niacin, D, A, B6, K, B12, riboflavin, folic acid, among others). Vitamin D promotes the proper functioning of the skeletal system as well as teeth and nails.

Vitamin C facilitates the absorption of iron from food. It also helps the intestines to function properly. This component is said to have protective properties for the immune system, as it supports the prevention of respiratory infections.

Novalac 2 Premium follow-on milk 800 g is suitable for babies from 6 to 12 months of age. Before substituting this formula for any other, it is advisable to consult your paediatrician.

Boil water for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Place the required amount in the bottle and add as many level measures as indicated on the bottle. Shake well until it dissolves without leaving lumps. Feed the baby immediately.

Not suitable for premature, allergic, immunocompromised or underweight babies. Improper preparation may cause adverse health effects.
