Always wash hands before preparing the bottle. Wash and sterilise the bottle and its accessories. Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool (up to 40ºC), or heat bottled water that is not very mineralised up to 40ºC. Put the appropriate amount of water in the bottle and add the corresponding number of level, uncompressed measures according to the feeding chart. Close the bottle and shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Administer the bottle to the child, checking the temperature beforehand (approx. 37ºC). The bottle should be consumed within 1 hour of preparation.
