Suitable for babies with lactose intolerance, acute gastroenteritis with an intestinal lactase deficit and diarrhoea due to antibiotic therapy. It contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus as a probiotic that helps to reduce the time of diarrhoea and nucleotides that favour the development of the immune system.
