Ostenil Plus Opko pre-filled syringe is a visco-elastic solution obtained from sodium hyaluronate. It is indicated for the treatment of pain, degenerative processes or trauma of synovial joints. It is applied by injection into the joint area.
Sodium hyaluronate, used by Opko, has the ability to generate a highly adherent solution, which makes it an excellent lubricant. It has the ability to create highly viscous solutions, making it an excellent lubricating agent.

Remove the syringe from its packaging and unscrew the built-in Luer lock cap. Insert a hypodermic needle (we recommend 18-25 g in diameter) and secure it at the tip with a slight twist. Make sure that there are no air bubbles in the contents. If so, remove them before treatment.
Apply the pre-filled Opko injection directly into the joint to be treated. You can make a total of three applications of the product per week, applying it to several joints at the same time, according to your problems and needs.
The only known contraindication is that Ostenil Plus should not be applied to people who are hypersensitive to any of its components. As for side effects after application, it is possible to experience redness, heat, pain or swelling of the area.
