Onligol Fibra is a food supplement based on Psyllium fibre (Plantago ovata), α-galactosidase and β-galactosidase. Onligol FIBRA taken with plenty of water promotes the formation of a non-absorbable gelatin in the intestine, which helps to regulate intestinal transit and the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume.
Onligol FIBRA is made from the cuticle of Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seeds. These cuticles have a high capacity to retain water, increasing the volume of the faecal mass and giving it a consistency suitable for regulating intestinal transit, while promoting normal bowel movements. Regular intake of fibre leads to a general feeling of digestive well-being and, in particular, helps to normalise bowel functions.
β-galactosidase (lactase) and α-galactosidase are enzymes. Enzymes are proteins that are involved in vital processes in our bodies, enabling many functions to be carried out, such as the digestion of certain foods. The β-galactosidase improves lactose digestion in people with lactose digestion problems.
Onligol FIBRA can be used in all situations of intestinal problems where it is desirable to regulate intestinal transit and improve stool consistency. GLUTEN FREE. LACTOSE FREE
Psillyum fibre (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed cuticle); acidifier: citric acid; flavourings; β-galactosidase;
anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; colouring agent: E120; α-galactosidase.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: take one sachet two or three times a day, immediately before meals. For the correct use of the product in children under 12 years of age, consult your doctor. Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add still water (200 ml), stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately. The increased consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is characteristic of ONLIGOL FIBRA.
Store in its original container in a cool, dry place.
Contraindicated in case of or at risk of intestinal obstruction. Do not take together with anti-diarrhoeal drugs.
Since Psyllium fibre may delay the intestinal absorption of medicines, allow at least 2 hours to elapse between
at least 2 hours between taking Onligol FIBRA and taking medicines.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
