The Arkopharma Olfae kit includes a complete training guide for the recovery of smell and taste, developed by Dr. Raimundo Gutiérrez Fonseca, Secretary General of the Spanish Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (SEORL-CCC). Olfae training consists of three phases: initiation, continuation and maintenance. Each of the phases lasts between 6 and 12 weeks, with the first phase being the most intensive. In addition to the duration, each phase is also differentiated by the number of daily odour exposures or sessions.

IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT: Rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if the affected person is wearing them, if they can be easily removed. Telephone: 91 562 04 20. - Select 1 of the 4 essential oils, open the essential oil bottle by squeezing the cap downwards and twisting gently. - Pour 1 or 2 drops of essential oil on a scent strip, according to the instructions for use of each oil. - Smell the scent strip for 30 seconds using the audio-visual aids provided in the manual.
