Before opening the baby food, make sure that the lid is tightly closed and that the container is not damaged.
Then, heat the baby food in a bain-marie or microwave for a few seconds, stirring the contents to distribute the heat evenly.
Once heated, open the lid and gently stir the contents to ensure an even consistency.
Check the temperature of the pot before giving it to the baby, making sure it is not too hot to avoid burning the baby's mouth.
Serve the baby with a clean spoon and supervise feeding to avoid choking.
