1. Wash hands thoroughly.

2. Clean the necessary utensils (bottles, soothers and cords). Sterilise the bottle with the teat and place it in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3. Bring the water to the boil and simmer over low heat, at about 45°C, then pour the appropriate amount into the bottle .

4. Add the recommended number of wash measures in the dosage table.

5. Cap the bottle and shake it until the solution is completely dissolved .

6. Before feeding your baby, make sure the milk is at the right temperature.

7. Consume immediately after preparing the bottle. Never keep the rest of the base.
