Nutribén® Lactose-Free Formula 1 is indicated from the first day to the 6th month in the treatment of: Congenital or transient lactose intolerance. Acute gastroenteritis with intestinal lactase deficiency. Diarrhoea due to antibiotic therapy. Carbohydrate malabsorption.
Not indicated in patients with galactosemia.
Nucleotides: promote the development of the baby's immune system, participate in the growth and development of the intestinal tract, have a prebiotic effect, stimulating beneficial intestinal flora and are involved in the metabolism of lipoproteins and LCPUFA.
Maltodextrin as the only carbohydrate, easily digestible and with low osmolarity. Supplemented with zinc, it helps to reduce the duration and severity of acute diarrhoeal processes. Low renal solute load, prevents body water imbalance. Adequate sodium, potassium and chlorine content, which avoids the risk of dehydration.
