Open the pouch, pour the breast milk into the pouch and fold it up using the double security seal, making sure it is completely closed. Then label it in the corresponding area with the name and date on which the breastfeeding took place. Once the bag has been used, throw it away in the container as it is for single use only.
Use a separate bag for each breastfeeding and label it correctly. Keep expressed milk in the refrigerator for between 12 and 24 hours , depending on the temperature. If, on the other hand, it should be kept in the freezer for a maximum of two months. Otherwise, the milk will lose nutrients or may be in poor condition.
