Normocare's Acticrem Sports Massage Gel is a product for therapeutic use that helps to improve physical performance in high-intensity sports practices. Its formula is mainly composed of natural plant extracts with medicinal properties that keep the muscles in good condition.

It has a gel texture, easy to apply and quickly absorbed. It is recommended both before and after training because of its broad-spectrum effect that helps to keep the muscle in its best shape.

If applied before training, the function of the gel is to prepare the muscle and ligaments for physical exertion, minimising the risk of injury. Meanwhile, if applied after training, the gel offers a soothing effect that enhances and stimulates muscle recovery and helps to prevent pain.

It contains arnica extract, which has anti-inflammatory properties that help relieve aches and pains in muscles, joints, ligaments and more. Its effects are enhanced by calendula extract, which shares certain properties with arnica as it is an effective anti-inflammatory. It also contains extracts of melaleuca and hypericum, both of which have health-giving properties suitable for helping to soothe muscle aches and pains.

It is primarily indicated for adults or adolescents who perform any demanding physical exertion such as sporting activities, physical training and more, on a regular basis. Suitable for use on almost any part of the body. Ideal for before and after training.

Spread a small amount of the gel on the area to be treated and massage the area gently, but exerting a certain degree of pressure to help relieve muscular pain. No further rinsing is required as the formula is designed to be absorbed quickly into the skin.
