Apply NIVEA Sun SPF6 Carrot Sun Oil generously before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after bathing, perspiring or towelling, to maintain the original protection.
Using a smaller amount will reduce the level of protection significantly. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, even when using sunscreen; overexposure to the sun is a health risk.
Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
