Naturlider Artichoke Plus STD food supplement is a product created with natural ingredients to promote digestion and relieve stomach discomfort. It includes two ingredients, artichoke and sea holly, to take advantage of their active ingredients. Artichoke is a plant that is very rich in nutrients. One of its main active elements is cynarin, an acid that promotes liver cleansing, contributes to increased urine excretion and stimulates bile secretion to cleanse the gallbladder. It also contains flavonoids, sesquiterpene lactones, mucilages, essential oil, phytosterols, triterpenes, potassium and magnesium salts and vitamins A, B2 and C.

Sea holly, meanwhile, helps maintain optimal liver health and works perfectly with artichoke to enhance both effects. It also contains silymarin, vitamin C, beta-carotene and a range of essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and selenium.

It is primarily indicated to improve digestion in adults and the elderly in a natural and healthy way. It is ideal to help people with a slow metabolism of fats, who suffer from discomfort after meals, especially in the upper abdomen or in the lower part of the chest.

It is advisable to take a daily dose of 3 capsules, preferably individually and together with one of the main meals of the day. Do not bite, chew or break the capsule. It is designed to be swallowed whole.
