Jasmine brown rice
Jasmine brown rice, 500g
Rinse 1 cup of rice. Soak for 1 hour. Pour into a pot with 3-4 cups of water and salt. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and cover. Cook according to taste (30-35 min). Ideal for stews and salads.
