Organic spirulina is a single-celled, spiral-shaped algae, hence its name. It is the most protein-rich food in the world and is blue-green in colour due to the presence of chlorophyll (green) and phycocyanin (blue). These tablets contain 70% vegetable protein with all essential amino acids balanced.
