Nature Essential Blister Confortflex® Sport , 22 units

Confortflex® Sport blister pack food supplement made by Nature Essential is a product based on a combination of minerals, vitamins and amino acids to promote healthy muscle and bone tissue. It contains a large amount of essential nutrients for the creation and maintenance of bones, muscles, cartilage and joints.

One of its main active ingredients is hydrolysed collagen, of which each stick contains 10g. In addition, the formula is enriched with vitamins that will optimise the metabolism of this protein so that the body can use it more efficiently.

It is mainly indicated for the health of bones, cartilage and muscles in adults who do high-impact physical activities or sports. Suitable for coeliacs as it does not contain gluten and also for lactose intolerant individuals as it does not contain any dairy derivatives in its formulation.

It is advisable to consume 1 stick per day. The best way to consume the contents of each stick is to dilute it in a 250 ml glass of water and take it at any time of the day in one single dose.

If you wish to take this product for a prolonged period of time, it is recommended that you take breaks between doses and do not take it continuously. The 22 units can be taken in a row, one per day, but when they are finished, it is advisable to leave a few days without taking any more and resume taking them later. This is to optimise their effects and not to overload the body with nutrients.

Never use as a sole source of nutrition or as a substitute for healthy foods or diets. Avoid use if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
