Instructions for use

To treat vaginal problems caused by yeast, it is recommended to apply one single-dose pack just before going to bed for five days in a row.

For direct relief of itching, irritation, odour and discharge, one single-dose pack can be applied at any time when relief of symptoms is desired.

To prevent vaginal problems, such as recurrent candidiasis, it is advisable to apply one single-dose pack every three days. This helps to stimulate the development of beneficial lactobacilli and protect against vaginal infections.

It is important to take a break after 30 consecutive days of treatment, allowing the vaginal flora to regulate itself without external intervention.
