How to use the breast pump:

Relax comfortably in a seat, assemble the product and place the funnel against your breast. Make sure your nipple is centred. Hold the shield against your breast with your thumb and forefinger while supporting your breast in the palm of your hand. Begin to gently press down on the handle until you feel the suction on your breast. Then let the handle return to its resting position.

You can choose the suction level and frequency by adjusting the pressure and speed of the handle. Note: You do not have to press the handle all the way down, just as much as is comfortable for you. The milk will soon start to flow, even if you are not using all the suction the pump can generate. You can choose a lower suction to push the handle down quickly to start. Once the milk starts to flow, use the higher suction to gently push the handle down. Follow your baby's sucking rhythm. If no milk comes out in 5 minutes, stop pumping. Close the bottle with the cap after pumping. Disassemble and clean parts that come in contact with breast milk.
