Nutrihealthy plate is a plate for learning to eat healthy that has three divisions, one for each food group recommended for a healthy diet, in their corresponding proportions.
Specifically, it is divided into one half for fruit and vegetables, one quarter for protein (meat, eggs or fish) and one quarter for carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice). This plate is also known as the Harvard plate or healthy eating plate because it is based on Harvard's nutritional recommendations.
