Instructions for use

To put them on, turn the stocking around until you reach the heel, then insert the foot, making sure that the heel is well adjusted and bring the stocking up to the instep. The heel area is pushed upwards until it reaches the ankle and slid down the leg, avoiding wrinkles. With the palm of your hand, go over the stocking, make sure it is well distributed and adjust it at the waist.

It is advisable to put the stockings on in the morning, when the legs may be less swollen. It is also advisable to take a bath and apply cold water to the legs to activate circulation and make them easier to put on.

Contraindications

It is not advisable to apply cream before putting on the stockings or to sleep with them on.
