Directions for use
To apply the eyeliner Lasting Drama Gel Liner, stick the brush to the eyelashes, draw a very thin line on the eyelid, from the inner to the outer part of the eyelid. Then, from the middle of the eye to the outer corner, draw a thicker line. You can also use it on the inside of the eye without fear of smudging over the hours.
