Apply morning and/or evening to dry or damp skin. Warm the product in the hands and massage several times on those areas that require special attention.
- Legs: spread the product from ankle to hips using upward and circular movements. Then massage again with both hands using pumping movements to help drainage of the area.
- Abdomen: spread the product on the stomach and with closed fists massage upwards with circular movements. In this way we favour the movement of fat and the elimination of liquids.
- Arms: spread the product from the elbow to the armpit with circular and upward movements.
- Buttocks: spread the product with upward circular movements, apply a little pressure on the most problematic areas.
