Leukoplast Soft is a dressing specially designed to protect superficial skin wounds. Among the characteristics or advantages of this product are the following:

• The size of each dressing is 19 mm x 72 mm.
• In order to mitigate pain when removing the gauze, the adhesive does not stick directly to the wound. In addition to this, healing will not be disturbed, the area will not become red and will not start to bleed. The adhesive is made of components that do not irritate the skin and do not hold too tightly. This is good for people who have sensitive or irritable skin.
• The gauze has a very good absorbent power. Normally, when there is a wound on the skin, the condition tends to bleed if it suffers any subsequent blows or there may also be sweating that affects the wound negatively. It can completely absorb these secretions and prevent them from hindering wound healing. An extra function of the gauze is to prevent pathogenic micro-organisms from reaching the wound and causing localised infections that require further medical treatment.

In order for the product to adhere more effectively, it is possible to warm it up a little with the hands before removing the protector.
