Lamberts Vitamin B-100 Complex, 60 capsules

B-Complex is a way of providing all the B vitamins together in a balanced way.

Lamberts® Vitamin B 1 Complex includes all the B vitamins at effective and balanced levels.

Unlike other complexes on the market, this product contains significant levels of choline and inositol (Myo-Inositol), "brain food".

The recommendation to maintain adequate levels of nutrients has proven to be important, and in this case, with respect to the B-Complex, it is because several of its constituent vitamins contribute:

Some to the normal functioning of the immune system and normal psychological function, others to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal maintenance of skin, nails and hair, as well as to the process of cell division and the normal formation of red blood cells, among other functions.

This is a highly concentrated product, useful in situations where a rapid improvement in B-vitamin levels is required or due to higher requirements, or because the diet has been very deficient.

In most cases, this product should be used as a short-term supplement, typically 2 months, after which Vitamin B-5 Complex would provide adequate levels of B vitamins as a maintenance dose.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The following list of allergens are excluded: wheat, gluten, barley, soya, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast.

Precautions
Ingestion of this product may occasionally cause a dark yellow discolouration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates that Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) is being used effectively by the body. This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
