La Roche Posay Respectissime is a two-phase cleansing cosmetic containing La Roche-Posay thermal spring water. Its application removes make-up without rubbing the skin and thus avoids irritation of sensitive skin. This thermal spring water is the main component and is responsible for good skin care, providing a good amount of minerals and trace elements.
