Description:
SERENEX® Feline Diffuser releases pheromones through a constant vapour.
M2B PHEROMONES. These pheromones, analogous in action to those naturally secreted during maternity and facial pheromones, help to control inappropriate behaviour in felines. These behaviours are usually the result of stress and anxiety in challenging situations and are manifested for example by urine marking, nail marking on furniture, chewing on objects, exaggerated meowing (vocalisations), elimination of faeces in inappropriate places etc... Compared to natural pheromones, M2B pheromones have a higher stability, level of diffusion and residuality in the environment.
SERENEX® works on both kittens and adult cats. It is a drug-free solution, recommended by veterinarians for behavioural problems. It can be used in conjunction with other medications or other treatments.

Mode of application:
Each bottle of SERENEX® Feline Diffuser lasts approximately 4 weeks of uninterrupted use. It is ideal to place the diffuser in a socket away from draughts or open windows. Humidity and excessive ventilation can affect the diffusion of the pheromones, interfering with the effectiveness and duration of the product.
SERENEX® Feline Diffuser covers an area of up to 70 m2. It is recommended to apply the lowest intensity for areas between 30 and 40 m2, medium intensity for areas between 40 and 50 m2 and the highest intensity for areas between 50 and 70 m2. In case of severe behavioural problems adjust to the highest evaporation intensity, regardless of the size of the area.
The diffuser unit should be replaced after 6 months of use and/or after the use of 6 refills to ensure correct evaporation of the liquid.
Unscrew the cap of the liquid refill and screw the refill into the inside of the diffuser unit in a centred manner, so that the wick enters the centre of the circular heating element on the inside of the unit. Do not touch the wick with your fingers. Make sure that the bottle is properly secured. Always plug in the appliance with the refill in an upright position, turning the plug of the appliance if necessary to match the wall socket.
The appliance has an on/off button and an intensity adjuster to regulate the level of evaporation. A pilot light on the appliance will indicate that the appliance is in operation. When there is no liquid left, replace only with SERENEX® Feline Diffuser refill. One 42 mL bottle lasts 30 days. When not in use for long periods of time, unplug the appliance, unscrew the refill and replace the cap to prevent evaporation.
