Before sun exposure, apply generously (e.g. an average of 6 sprays on the forearm)*. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towelling or sweating. Do not stay too long in the sun, even if using a sunscreen product. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure to the sun between 11:00 and 16:00. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (e.g. hat, sunglasses, T-shirt).
