The iverness piercing system requires post-piercing care to facilitate the proper healing process.
- Wash hands thoroughly before touching the ears.
- Clean the piercing area thoroughly three times a day, using a clean cotton swab, soak it in antiseptic alcohol and wipe it, wetting both sides of the earlobe.
- Rotate the earrings constantly (minimum 3 times a day) to prevent the earring from sticking to the ear during the healing period.
- After each cleaning and before going to bed, check the clasp to make sure it is securely fastened and in the proper position.
- It is important to keep the surface and the whole area clean and dry. Bacteria grow and multiply more easily, which can lead to serious infections. Clean the area thoroughly after exercise or swimming to avoid infection.
- Keep the area as far away from hair as possible during the healing period.
- Clean thoroughly after using chemical products such as shampoo, perfume, hair products, etc.
- Be careful when brushing your hair or removing your clothes, as a new body may run the risk of getting caught and causing injury. The same applies to rough sports or bathing.
