Oatmeal is a natural cleanser thanks to its saponin content, which has the ability to create a foam that absorbs impurities. It also maintains the skin's natural moisture and keeps it healthy from within. It contains important prebiotic properties, which promote the growth of beneficial bacteria for the skin's acid mantle. It also has exfoliating qualities, which help to remove accumulated dead skin cells and help to purify pores without irritating the skin. It also has the ability to regulate oil production by gently absorbing it, thus facilitating the reduction of accumulated sebum in the skin.
