Ifigen Silicon - Si is an oligotherapy supplement that promotes collagen and elastin synthesis.
Silicon is involved in the synthesis of collagen and elastin (connective tissue) and maintains its strength and optimal mineralisation. Silicon determines the formation and structure of bones, tendons, ligaments and cartilage. Thus, an adequate supply of silicon ensures good osteoarticular health, strengthens joints and prevents their degeneration, as well as making bones stronger and more flexible by decreasing their porosity and increasing the fixation of minerals in them. Ifigen Silicium (Si) Oligoelements 150 ml (approximately 25 drops) diluted in half a glass of water, twice a day. It is recommended to take it before meals.
