Hartmann Cosmopor Hydrofilm is a product made of semi-permeable polyurethane, in transparent colour. Its hypoallergenic adhesive does not irritate the skin, and its waterproof action makes it resistant to water and sweat to keep moisture and bacteria away from the wound. Its design adheres securely and leaves no residue on the skin. Comes in a 10 x 15 cm size.
