Humamil Glucomannan 750 mg is a dietary supplement in 30 capsules.

One of the main components is glucomannan, a reserve polysaccharide from the tubers of a plant cultivated for many years in Asian regions such as China and India called Amorphophallus konjac. Glucomannan is obtained by drying this tuber, crushing it, grinding it and then extracting and purifying it with ethanol.

Glucomannan helps weight control plans, as it has a high water absorption capacity, causes the stomach to swell, making it satiating, increases the viscosity of waste products, delays gastric emptying, thus helping to reduce appetite and the amount of food eaten, accompanied by a low-calorie diet.

It also helps to regulate intestinal transit.
