How should I use this product?

Shake before use. Fill a saucepan half full with boiling water. Once hot, remove from heat and allow to cool to a temperature suitable for consumption. To enrich with valuable fatty acids, it is advisable to add 2 small spoonfuls of vegetable oil to the baby food.
